To demolish the existing hall and construct a new larger, more modern hall with various amenities to accommodate the increased number of residents. One of the major challenges was building in an already established retirement village and accommodating the residents.

This project entailed the conversion of a barn into an upmarket wedding venue. The soil conditions on the estate required reinforced strip foundations with small earthworks to prepare the site. The walls were conventional face brick and standard chromodek roofing with exposed truss. State of the art electric, solar and audio installations were included in this project.
