The Bluff Towers project comprised of demolishing existing ground floor carpark area (originally at a gradient) and reinstating at level to allow for new shops. An additional level was introduced above this to tie into existing carpark area on roof level.

This project involved the bulk earthworks, creating platform and road formation. The main building consists of structural steel structure with brickwork infill, with a 1.2m high face brick dado on the perimeter walls. Mazcon Civil & Building Contractors used heavy equipment (plant) for earthworks and roads.
