Lakeview Lifestyle village Phase 5 is the development of 30 duplex units, a mix of two bedroom and three bedroom units. One of the major challenges was that the proposed building site was on an embankment inside the already developed Lakeview Lifestyle Village. As the development was nearing the end, lack of space for building materials became another issue. This forced R & M Construction & Paving CC us to make the most of the space available, and therefore create a neater more organised building site.
