This project was a fast track job built in 7 months. It consists of a 15000m2 warehouse with a dividing wall in the warehouse, making two facilities. One facility of 10000m2 and one of 5000m2 with 6000m2 of external concrete hardstands. 10 dock levellers can be found in the warehouse. The ancillary buildings; two external office blocks, which are attached to the side of the warehouse (1 single storey and 1 double storey), 1 internal office block (double storey), a pump house and tanks for the sprinkler system and, a large attenuation tank for the collection of storm water.
