This rural development project features a 40m2 3 Roomed Dwelling (Brick /Mortar) with Waffle Raft Foundation. It was completed with a 1000mm Concrete apron around the entire house. It was finished with Solid Meranti doors (varnished), galvanised pre – manufactured steel roof structure, domestic electrical installation including exterior light installations. This project also features a 2500 litre approved treated water tank fixed onto a tank platform.

It was built with M140 Hollow Block wall plate and ‘Clisco’ type Steel Window & Door frames. Finishings include solid Meranti doors (varnished) and galvanised pre–manufactured steel roof structure with ‘Chromadek’ cement tiled roof.
