An existing residential unit in San Lameer Estate was demolished to foundation level, leaving only isolated strategic retaining walls and floor slabs intact.
The new structure consists of a three story, four bedroom-ensuite villa with an open plan kitchen-lounge-dining room area and three external entertainment areas which include a pool. The basement garages and storage completes this unit, and is rounded off with a 180° sea view which is considered a feature of this villa.
Although the entrance level is on basement level, the multiple levelled unit is accessed via both an internal staircase and a glass walled lift.
All balconies are interlinked via staircases and walkways to provide access to the main pool level area.

The scope of work on this project was to construct a double storey residential dwelling in Victoria Country Club Estate. The nature of the estate and area is of upmarket housing and so a key challenge on the project was the “high-end” nature of the finishes with factors like complex installation or availability from manufacturer being critical in the project management. |
