Winner: D Construction - Department of Health – Townhill Office Park Development

The project comprises the development of three single storey office blocks situated in a fully secured and landscaped office park environment complete with parking and ancillary landscaping with a rainwater harvesting and management system.

Each office block is an “H” plan footprint comprising a central service core linking four office wings with pedestrian decked garden court yards between the office wings.

The office wings provide a mix of cellular offices and open plan working areas designed to accommodate flexible work station configuration and layouts.
