Winner: R&M Construction CC - Widenham Retirement Village

The scope of work on this project was to construct a complete new retirement village with individual/ simplex two- and three-bedroom units with single garage, to the high standard of the Hibiscus Retirement Villages group. Phase 1 comprises 87 units. One of the major factors involved in this development is the handover rate of 8 completed dwellings per month, including civils, stormwater, sewerage, and electrical reticulation, as well as landscaping. Another major challenge being that the site is being developed on previous farm land, meaning all reticulation had to be introduced.
