Highly Commended: Shospec (Pty) Ltd - UKZN - School of Engineering - Dining Hall

Construction of a Light steel frame top structure to create a new dining hall and conference center for UKZN School of engineering.

Shospec was involved with the Top structure of the building, using the Light Steel Frame method. A standard frame-cad LSF lip channel section was used for all walls and roof structures. The cladding process is standard flat fibre cement, however most of the building consists of glazed shopfronts.
