Master Builders KwaZulu-Natal recognises that advancements in web and database technologies have changed the way in which people engage, learn, share and access information. With respect to Member services, the Association is fully committed to raising the bar and new cutting edge technologies have now made it possible to provide an enhanced web based service.
To this end the Association has identified a need to implement new database management software along with a reviewed website www.masterbuilder.co.za. The primary objective has been to introduce a website that interacts with our database in real time, enabling Members to access all relevant information such as invoices and membership certificates without delay.
We are extremely proud to announce that the system has gone live with effect from 1 March 2017.
The Association’s website has moved over to a universal platform and has been completely redeveloped to meet the standards of modern day web design. The new platform allows for streamlined menus, clear navigation and a responsive layout for all devices. We also focused on aesthetics, simplifying our content and increasing the visibility of our key strategic programmes.
“Your Membership” database management software empowers organisations such as ours to deliver additional value to members by enhancing overall operational efficiencies. The software is cloud-based and enables the Association to effectively brand and engage with our customers and streamline our administrative processes.
The value of the system to member organisations will be mostly dependent on the extent to which members utilise it. Members will gradually be introduced to the features of the software and will be given tips on how the various features can enhance their experience.
