WINNER: D CONSTRUCTION - TWK WOOD CHIPPER PLANT
The scope of work on this project was the refurbishment and extension of overhead conveyor and stacker at TWK Wood Chipper plant. The first part of the project was the removal of the overhead conveyor at about 30m in height. The 27m high column was then demolished and conveyor set aside for refurbishment. New columns cast to 30m with refurbished conveyor and stacker reset into place. Challenges on this project included the low tolerance required on the concrete work and the height of all structures.

The scope of work on this project was a complete revamp of Milky Lane Midlands Mall. Demolishing of existing finishes and shop fittings and then preparing and installing of new finishes. The construction process started with the demolishing and then removal of existing shop fittings including tiles, ceilings and lights. Followed by the replacement and fixing of new fittings, ceilings, bulkheads and shop fittings.
