The Construction Methods were piled footings for the new basement, 14 mpa coromaxi brick retaining walls to retain the earth, suspended beam and block slab over for the parking on top of the basement, and a concrete surface bed with a suspended beam and block slab potion over the water tank.
The offices were renovated leaving the majority of the original building in tact, and adding drywalling to create the new boardroom and accounts office.
